From one Impossible Project to Another.

Forth Rail Bridge - PX680 test shot

When picking subjects for my test shots with the Impossible film it occurred to me that the Forth Rail Bridge was a good subject.

Apart from being a good test of colour again, the red of the bridge against the blue sky and water, in its day this bridge was also regarded as something of an impossible project. It was completed in 1890 , the first bridge  ( or major structure ) in the UK to be made from steel and a marvel of engineering even now.

Again there are the white dots as before, and also a little flare at the bottom from not having covered the film quite quickly enough as it emerged from the camera.
